If you get the the info we have asked for, then, yes we can help you. You haven't given us what we need. The simplest is the service tag because it will tell us exactly what you have.

There are to many makes and models of laptops/desktops and versions of main boards and drivers for us to "guess".

You have to get us the info.

Go HERE
Download, and install chipset driver, to start with.
Restart computer, go back to Device Manager, and report back on remaining yellow warning marks.
