Plz help

Hey all, I keep my pc pretty well run and don't generally have issues with malware/viruses etc.., but THIS TIME ad.yieldmanager seems to get a lot o crap on my pc and so right now I'm trying to help him get rid of ad.yieldmanager.com popups. I have him using the same protection programs I use: Cleanup, Lavasoft's Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, Spyware Blaster, CWShredder and AVG, AND HAVE EVEN FORMATTED THE COMPUTER AT ONE BUT OF NO USE YET and I have got yieldmanager nevertheless. I'm personally not familiar with Hijack This so it doesn't help me to look at his HJT log, jus' wonderin' if someone can see anything in it that looks familiar/suspicious here. If ya need more info let me know, and thanks again in advance.
