My dad got Windows xp antivirus virus on his computer. He had Trend Micro get into his computer to try to get it out, but some stuff was left in there and now the computer is worse. The computer won't even let you get on the internet. It will open up the internet explorer but will not let you go anywhere. Is there something I can do, so I can at least get on the internet to send you a Hiijack log? Can I make a log and copy it to a disc and send it from my computer without infecting my computer?
