Automatic Updates turning off and Vundo Trojans detected by antivirus

Hi

When I start up my Laptop my automatic updates automatically turn off and my McAfee On-Access scan constantly pops up with detections. They are detected as "Vundo" and Detection Type "Trojan" Can you help?
