network connection disconnects and reconnects often

My internet connection boots me off just about every 2 minutes and then reconnects. I dont really notice if it does it when i am surfing the net (pretending to be working) or not. I noticed only because while playing online poker it kicks me off and tells me it is reconnecting every other hand.

IT has gotten really annoying.

I have followed all the spyware and other cleaning tips prior to posting. I have loaded my Hijack This and have a log ready if anyone can help me.
