Hi

Have tried using our DVD Drive and nothing is happening??

When I check Device Manager, I find a Red Cross through the device?

The Device Status shows "This device is disabled Code 22"

When I try and Enable this device I receive the following message "Windows was not able to enale this device"

Any help/advice would be most helpful.

Thanks Nicola.

Hi Nicola!

Try right-clicking on the DVD drive in question in the Device Manager and choosing UNINSTALL. Once the DVD drive is no longer listed in the Device Manager, reboot the computer and let Windows detect it and install it again. See if it works.
