Hi, I keep getting this virus popping up randomly when I use the internet, the browser I use is Firefox. I use PC-cillin 2002 and it's this anti-virus program that brings the pop up saying that virus detected. The details from the PC-Cillin Real-time scan shows the following.

Last virus found: TROJ_BUDDY.F
Last infected file: C:\Windows\udtonwvxdzc.exe


The file is sent in quarantine but seems to return over and over again, and cannot be cleaned.

Hi asap4life,

*Click Here to download Killbox by Option^Explicit.
*Extract the program to your desktop and double-click on its folder, then double-click on Killbox.exe to start the program.
*In the killbox program, select the Delete on Reboot option.
*Open the text file with these instructions in it, and copy the file names below to the clipboard by highlighting them and pressing Control-C:

C:\WINDOWS\Bolger.dll
C:\Windows\udtonwvxdzc.exe

*Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose "Paste from Clipboard".
*Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt.

Run HijackThis again after the reboot and check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:
O2 - BHO: BolgerObj Class - {302A3240-4805-4a34-97D7-1645A0B08410} - C:\WINDOWS\Bolger.dll

Then reboot again and post a new HijackThis log. This time include the header and the full list of running processes, or we will not be able to help you further.

I did what u asked but the C:\Windows\udtonwvxdzc.exe file was not found but PC-cillin 2002 will pop up randomly when browsing the net that the file could not be cleaned and was sent to quarentine. I also have enabled view hidden files.

This one needs another go:
O2 - BHO: BolgerObj Class - {302A3240-4805-4a34-97D7-1645A0B08410} - C:\WINDOWS\Bolger.dll (file missing)
Make sure to close as many windows as possible and allow the change in any protective programs you may be running.

Then please download RKFiles from here:
http://skads.org/special/rkfiles.zip
Unzip it to the desktop but please do NOT run it yet.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode and run RKFiles.bat. It may take a while. When it is finished a windows should appear with a log.

Restart your computer in normal mode, and please post the contents of the logfile, which should be at c:\log.txt.
