Recently we had our latptop hooked up to the tv. It went into sleep mode and when we tried to access it later it seemed frozen so it was shut off by holding the power button. It now cylces through the startup and reloads everytime after the windows loading screen. The safe mode option always pops up but it will not start in safe mode either. I was going to boot it from the windows xp cd but the cd-rom drive stop working a month ago. I can access the bios. How can I get it to load.
