Hello there!

I've recently moved back into the dorms, which means I'm using my school's network. I've used AOL on campus before, but for some reason it's not connecting. The internet itself is working fine. On the sign on screen, I can enter my password and hit 'sign on', but the connection drop-down menu is blank in which AOL proceeds to detect the best way to connect ('phone line, cable, DSL, etc), after several moments it will tell me that it cannot detect any devices. I simply have an ethernet cable hooked up from the jack in the wall to my computer. Any suggestions or solutions? I really appreciate it.

**Oh, and I'm using AOL 9.0 VR (Vista Ready)

If you need more information, I'll do my best to provide more.

Thanks!

contact your campus support. They may have "blocked" access to aol.
