i turned off the computer by accident by pressing power button

and now it wont start.
when i boot in safemode it stops at a driver called cscdisk.exe or something. and when i boot normally, it goes to the bsod and says something about a memory dump. please help. thank you.
ill give any other information if needed

Do you have more than 1 CD/DVD reader/writer drive hooked up? Try unhooking one of them and then booting.

temporarily unplug that one, leaving just your hard drive as the only drive plugged in. Once you'll boot you need to check for updated IDE or SATA (depending on your computer) drivers. Open the device manager look for IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers, right click on them and select update driver.
