Hi theerobby,
Laptop computers are not the best for gaming, by a long shot. If, however, a desktop is not an option, then I suggest the following:
Dell XPS M1310
-Upgrade the processor to T8300
It won't be a great laptop for gaming, but it'll be one of the better options out there, as it has discrete graphics.
And don't forget, it has Vista.

lol it has vista but guess what it seems like there is ony vista now. but o well

xp isnt for sale anymore. PLus theres nothing wrong with vista
