HTML files have a blank icon

On my vista PC, HTML and HTM files have blank icons, It happens when the default program to open it is either IE or Firefox, but if the program to open them is anything else it will have the normal html icon for that program, they still open though in the program I set it to, but its a bit confusing to know what they are unless i check the extension, anybody know how to fix this? I have a screenshot of them to show what they look like:
