[Shadow3200]

I installed Windows XP Service Pack 3 and restarted my computer....
After it fully booted up (after about 10 min....), I tried to drag a file to the recycle bin...
but the file did not move.....
I soon learned that the drag and drop functionality had stopped working altogether.

I am running a Emachines Computer with the following system info....

Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002
Service Pack 3

Processor- Intel Celeron
