Hello,
I'v already read the topics of Blue Screen Death Stop Codes.
I'v heard that BSoD also caused by virus or malware . So, may i know which viruses caused that error & removal tools for that . :)

I attached my BoSD picture.

"

Are you able to get back into Windows at all, whether through Safe Mode with Networking or Last Known Good Configuration?

If so, find the file C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\08312008.dmp and upload it here. (If not that exact file name, look for the most recent one.)

Looks like this is a program improperly talking to the network card - we need to find out which one, and that minidump file will let us know which.

Yes. She can do it .By the way, this is my friend's problem and she asks me to help her.
When she shut down, and power on again, she can use the computer . But BSoD occured again after 2 or 3 days....

Thanks in advance.

Okay, good. Is there any way you can log on to Geeks to Go! from her computer and upload a couple of recent files from C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\?
