VIsta internet issues

My wireless router no longer holds an internet connection, but it can still hold a network. I was planning on using it to have the wireless network, and my laptop would connect to network, then my desktop PC would route it to the internet. Simple for XP, not so for Vista.

Question: How do I get this laptop to go to Network->Desktop->Internet?
