I don't know if this is possible or not, but thought I'd check with you guys.

Is there a way in which I can burn a new DVD from an existing DVD, and insert a scene which is normally only available by inserting a special code at the contents screen?

If I look at the DVD contents from Windows Explorer, there are several .vob, .ifo and .bup files, but none of the video (.vob) files will play with any media player I have due to copyright protection.
WMP refuses to play any of them, vlc crashes,

So it's not even easy to locate the scene I want to insert.

I certainly don't want to infringe any laws of any kind so if what I'm trying to do is illegal, then you can close the topic.

But there must be a piece of software out there that can do what I want - any ideas guys?
