Hello!!

i bought a new digital Kodak camera 763, & loaded the software cd on the comp all went well until i tried loading the pics from the camera on to the comp :) it keeps saying cannot install hardware, & that a problem occurred during installation & hardware may not b working properly, even tho the software did install without any probs plz :)

go here and get PICASA...install it and it will ask you if you want it to search your computer for pics..say yes and it will import all your pictures fast..even if you have thousands..after that anytime you connect your camera PICASA will automaticlly import any new pictures in the camera

Just to add that Kodak, in my opinion, are notoriously bad at any sort of software implementation - I had exactly the same problem with my wife's camera.

I've got a Canon that interfaces seamlessly with my pc.
