I have had multiple problems with Verizon DSL MSN. The latest is when I answered Yes to upgrading the MSN messenger. I avoided this since it came out as I do not use messenger. I accepted it to get rid of pop-up for it. After upgrade I cannot get at my e-mail through msn, I have to go to hotmail to see my mail. I get a download screen when I click on the MSN mail button. It downloads "Mail.mailhost" and "current" and keeps going back and forth between them. When I go to execute them I get an error message that I don't have application to run the files.

I tried to uninstall the program and got an error message that it couldn't load "IPUnin32" which ended uninstall. It did remove it from my add/remove list so I can't get at it now. I have never been able to completely uninstall this program.

I would like advice on how to completely remove the program so I can start fresh and reload it. :tazz: ;)

Sorry I am unclear; are you trying to uninstall MSN, or MSN messanger?

I want to uninstall the whole Verizon MSN package, I have had multiple problems. Can't access the DSL modem in Verizon and e-mail and messenger problems in MSN. I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon and they have done fixes and attempted different solutions. It is just a mess.
