Can't change background

I've searched the forums...and other forums for this and I did what I was told to do but nothing helps.

I can't change my desktop background. I've tried running different programs for spyware...spybot, hijack this, mcafee, adaware, etc. I get no where.

I've also tried to change my registry with regedit. I've seen a few people say to delete certain things "nochangebackground" or whatever it was and I have in a few different areas. It still didn't work.

I was just curious if anyone else had any ideas. It's starting to get on my nerves.

I saw a post about downloading a Smitfraudfix, so I did that and here's my log. Not sure if it'll help.
