Webpage redirects, blue screen at post-logon

Hello, you guys have helped me out a lot in the past surfing your forums, but I have a unique problem that involves a combination of webpage redirects that started yesterday. So, I downloaded AVG free, and well as that super-spyware removal software. Ran both, cleaned everything up. Went to bed last night with an avg scan set for 4am. Woke up now I can only get into safe-mode because as soon as windows tries to mount the desktop, blue screen of death comes up. I have an online midterm today so I kinda need to get er el fixo'd ASAPola.
