Hi i have my cousins laptop here and its in pretty bad shape i used the windows cd to try to repair the os that dint work because im not getting the option to i got into the recovery console and was trying to copy the files from the repair folder but every time i try it keeps saying the file could not be copied and also im not being prompted for an admin password. Formating and reloading is out of the question any ideas?
