I have 2 users who have phatom pst files that won't go away.

Dude 1 - we had to re-create his Outlook profile due to suspected Outlook app corruption. After we created his new profile, there where 5 file folders that look as if they are pst files. When I try to work with them (delete / close / edit / map) I get error message saying "unable to open object" right clicking on the files shows the file name <0w#25>. I have tried to find a related file in the registry - nothing. I have tried using PSTGhostbuster - found nothing out of the ordinary. His regualr pst files are present and his functionality is not affcted. Just want to get rid of these useless folders. (do I REALLY have to re-create his profile again?! :)

Dude 2 - has pst files that have been deleted ages ago yet the folders still appear. they are not accessible. Get message "The operation failed. An object could not be found". I have tried scanpst.exe - no help. I have searched all pst's on his hard drive and none of them are associated with this file. I have searched his registry for related keys - nothing.

Anybody got any idea's???
