Domain Name change, now cannot access windows

Hi gurus,

I am in desperate measure in accessing this laptop.
Today, I was changing the domain name on the laptops and a lot of Pcs work fine till this last few. I changed the Domain from abc.local to CAR
when i restarted this pc, i couldn't login anymore. it keeps on saying wrong password and such. I tried the username and password from abc.local and i still could not access.
I use other pc and I am able to view shared folders that PC that is lock up. How can i reset or change back that pc domain so i can access it again?
