logon window doesnt appear

Ok... I installed LoginStudio a few months ago, and today, the window where I enter the password to get into windows doesnt come up, ok, so I tried booting up in safe mode, but that takes me to the login screen. I installed a second version of XP home on my system, and uninstalled the application from the first windows, and it still comes up... I have no idea what else to do...

I need to remove the user on the first windows... but I dont know how.
Little help? Please?
