AIM won't connect? Internet connection issues

Ok somehow my internet connection got all screwed up from yesterday, I'm not sure if it's my ISP or what.
Online games (im using a wired connection) would just drop connections every 10-30 seconds even though my connection is smooth.
AIM would also not connect for me, and im connected to the internet. And is anyone else having any Youtube problems? for some odd reason, the video icons and sometimes the video it self would not load at all.

Once again, this has only been happening to me for the past 2 days, never before.
