Hello,
Please disregard this whole post. I used the Windows Installer and Clean up Utility and found TrayApps and deleted it. Problem solved! I hope you haven't started on this yet.

I followed all the instructions before step 5. I could not update Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 service pack 2 (KB936181). I keep giving error reports. Dr. Watson debugger has been showing up. I ran Norton antivirus 2 times...it found nothing. :)
