Am using XP Pro 64 BIT at work and XP Pro 32Bit at home.
usually i tunnel from work to home over ssh and use the Remote Desktop

i have setup a tunnel to port forward port no: 3389 ( at home ) to port no:3390 ( at work )
i also have various different ports forwarded in the similar manner like HTTP (apache, tomcat), MYSQL

Now the issue is that i can access HTTP and MYSQL locally at work
but the remote desktop connection doesnt work. ( Error: Couldnt connect to this computer )

Could this be an issue because of XP Pro 64 BIT at work and XP Pro 32Bit at home

cheers

Let me see if I understand your issue. You have had a working ssh connection from work to home and were able to use RDP. Recently something has changed and now that is not working? Or are you now trying to go from home to work?
