I’ve have a problem with itune
Every time I try to open itunes it says it can’t find itunes folder
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but still no luck
Can any one help

Further searching has revealed that the inability to see the 'My Music' icon
in the dropdown menu is common.

If your iTunes gives you this error, the quickest and easiest fix is to hold
down the SHIFT key as you click on iTunes to open it.

This will prompt the program to ask if you want to create a new library. Do
so, save it wherever you like and then iTunes will open (at last) as normal.

You will need to re-import your music.
