Hello!

I opened up an eCard email and received some sort of virus that changed my background picture, and installed a bunch of anti-virus programs in which they want me to pay for to clean my computer. I have downloaded Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Ad-Aware 2008 and Spybot. I have run them all, but after a reboot the virus still remains. Could you take a look at it for me and help me clean it up? Here is my Hijack This! log...

Thanks,
Bill
