Remote Desktop Crash

When I try to right click on desktop from remote in Windows Vista RDP, I get amessage saying that IE has quit working and must shut down; and another message that Watson quit and must shut down. If I disconnect the remote connection and try to re-connect, I can log in, but get a blank screen. Anyt remedy for this malady? :)
