multiple trojan reports

I got a really nasty set of malware attacks this sunday; some kind of RapidScan antivirus scam, some kind of smitfraud, and a barrage of trojans. I've been working on it for the past two days, exhausting several antivirus tools. I have run smitfraudfix, malwarebytes, spybot search & destroy, and have been running a mcafee on-access scan the whole time. They've removed most of the biggest threats I think, but I'm still getting occasional popups from 'windows security alert' (although I'm going to assume the actual source is another malware itself) warning me that it's detected a trojan. Some of the trojans it's reported include:
trojan-clicker.win32.tiny.h
trojan-spy.html.bankfraud.dq
trojan-downloader.win32.agent.bq
trojan-spy.win32.greenscreen

mcafee is also still picking up assorted things. I'm running out of ideas; I've already tried several fixes I've seen others post for similar problems, so here I am asking for help. Thanks in advance. :)

I think I've got it sorted out myself now. I copied the file name for the popup off the task manager, then ran a search to find it's source. I moved the 2 matching files to my desktop and had malwarebytes use its file assassin to kill them. So far I haven't run into anything new that's suspicious since doing that, but I'll be sure to update if anything comes up. Considering all the sofware I've been using to try to get rid of it, it came as a surprise that something that simple might be able to fix the problem. I appreciate any thought you might have given me :)
