Computer is running extra slow!

spider solitare has been renamed to w0.444445`45

My Network Places is always running under Windows Task Manager -> Applications

AVG Free 8.0 tells me Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware databases are outdated but no new updates are available when I try to update

Computer freezes when I try to shut it down of restart it, I have to go through Task Manager and sometimes do a hard shutdown/restart

Alert pops up everytime I use Firefox

firefox crashes for no reason whenever I use google, and every so often

mouse randomly drags without clicking and holding left button

avg scan cleaned 3 infections and a few warnings, then messed up

superantispyware free edition found nothing

ActiveScan log was blank from extract

jusched.exe occassionally pops up an error

cant fix avg, get the following error
