help with interenet connection wont connect on one user

hi there not sure if this is in the right place but could really do with bit of help.
i have a dell 5100 with 4 users listed on the opening screen if i go into my sons name for some reason i cant connect to the internet and keep getting the windows interenet explorer general fault screen ive run a fault finder and it says cant connect possible due to firewall . my problem is i can connect to the internet from all 3 other names its just his i cant. so that i'm guessing means he has alltered something on there. Can anyone please help me to reset it up ? thanks in advance

Corrupt account most likely. Make a new one and copy all his stuff from the old account into the new one. Easier rather than trying to fix a corrupt account because you can't do anything with it save for making it worse.
