I need help with deleting netba32.exe

I was scanning my computer with ad-aware when I tried to delete some spyware it found, when it sort of froze up, I later discovered that this was due to something called netba32.exe. When I tried to delete this spyware manually, it said it's being used by windows and could therefore not be deleted. Can anyone please help me with this? I would very much apreciate it. I'll write down the information ad-aware gave on it.
