Greetings team. I'm pretty much a computer novice with major infestations causing me headaches.

I have a friend who helped me install and run all the utilities you listed but there were problems identified that they couldn't remove (even during reboot) so have obtained a HijackThis logfile that I'm hoping you could have a look at.

I didn't get a list of all the bugs that showed up during the other scans. I can rerun them and post those results as well if you need them, or will they all show up in HijackThis?

I know I'm not supposed to answer my own thread but it's been a few weeks and I could not find another way to communicate with you.

The problem has been fixed thanks to help from another forum so please feel free to close this thread. You seem to get heaps of work and I just seemed to slip under the radar somehow. Anyway, no harm done and I will keep you in my bookmarks list.
