Roxio Media Manager incomplete installation

Hi,

I have installed the BlackBerry desktop software recently that included the Roxio Media Manager component.

However, the Roxio side of the installation appears to not have completed succesfully, and everytime I restart the PC, or attempt to start the Media Manager functionality, the installer starts working, and attempts to install the Roxio mediamanager component.

I have tried a couple of times to re-install the BB desktop software, but this will not end the problem.

Any advice?
