Hello crazyeagle

it will not boot up at all keeps telling me cant read from disk or something ....

First question as I think you are meaning the hard drive, do you know what make/type of hard drive that is installed on this system? If so goto their website and see if they have any tools for testing the hard drive as I know some manufacturers do. If they do run their software and see if you get any errors. If errors do occur on the hard drive you may need to replace the hard drive and re-install the operating system.

would it be best to just start over ???

Sometimes yes is the only answer, please do the above first and see where we are going :)

and if so how can i do it with out disks

No, you do need the disks to start fresh, if you do not have the correct disk for the correct operating system you will need to buy one of these.

With all that said I would like you to try my first suggestion then we will see where we can go from there :)

Regards
