Trojans Removed - Should I Be Worried?

Hi there, I actually got some trojan alerts from AVG, so I posted the issue in the bleepingcomputer.com forums. MBAM cleaned it up and it finds nothing on scans (quick or full) now. The thread of those results are shown here: http://www.bleepingc...opic176245.html

I've followed the steps in the "You Must Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log"

Everything appears clean, but right now I remain a bit paranoid. Should I be changing my passwords, or even considering a full reformat?
