NO (C:) Drive is causing me problems

I am having trouble installing adobe flash player because I'm guessing it only looks for a c drive, and my drive is recognized as F can someone please help me out?

You can do that in the Disk Management in the Control Panel>Administrative Tools.

If the OS is installed on F drive, you can not change that designation. Computer management will not allow it.
