Tripp Lite UPS with APC Port Extender?

Good afternoon all,

I recently changed my UPS unit from a APC unit to a Tripp Lite Unit. I'm trying to monitor multiple servers so they can shut down safely in case of Power Loss. My question is this, is my old APC Port Expander compatible with the Tripp Lite Unit or should I be looking for another way to hook monitor multiple servers? Thanks for your help!
