While the computer is on put the CD in.
Turn off the computer (at this point just unplug it)
Turn the computer on and press F2 until you get the BIOS set up screen.
Look for the Boot order.
Set the CD/DVD as the first boot device.
Press F10 to save and exit.

If the system restore does get the machine up and running, please do not turn it off untill the malware experts get you fixed.

You press any key to boot from CD
If you have no other option but to answer yes or no you answer no.
The press F1 to start recivery is a good thing.
You would lose all of your data, but be able to start over .

We already know that you are infected.
A malware expert is going to have to finnish this....
So select yes.

Some times I do not see the obvious!
Please go in to the BIOS again and look for the anti-virus settings.
This may be in the advanced or security section.
Please turn the anti-virus off.

Restart the computer and press F2 until you get in to the BIOS set up screen.
Look for a setting for a BIOS anti-virus.
Turn this off and press F10 to save and exit.
Then you should be able to press any key and boot from CD.

Remake the disc,
You are burning an ISO not a file.
Please follow the directions in the tutorial that I posted the link to very carefully.
