Cant Connect Certain Website

I used to be able to connect to this website but now I cant. I disabled the firewall, ran AVG, and made sure the AVG wasnt blocking anything. I checked the website Downforeveryoneorjustme.com and it says it is just my problem. The website is VMTV.com.

How do I fix it?
