I run Windows XP, and I cannot get "My Safe" to open. When I click the icon, I hear the "double-click" sound effect... but the program does not open. (Sometimes my cursor briefly flashes when I double-click the icon).

Anyone happen to know how I can fix this? How can I get "My Safe" to open?

Edit: Also, when I try to open a photo from my desktop, my "Windows and Fax Viewer" program opens for about one second and then closes. Might the two problems be related?

Just fixed it. Go to your "Protector Suite" in the Add/Remove programs menu.
Then click "change".
Then click "repair".
