Hi guys I have just recently formated and installed Windows Xp on my computer.However,when it took me to the boot screen,the whole computer restarts and this is the same thing over and over again.What is happening?Please help!

yeah I did see the bios screen but did not get any error messages.

I had this once before.. It was a faulty hard drive. I recommend you download a HDD diagnostic software off the manufacturer's website, in this case probably acer, you burn it onto a CD, boot it, and run a full diagnostic of the drive, to check if theres anything wrong with it. If there is, it will tell you. If there isn't it has to be something else.
