antiviruspro 2009

Good morning,

I opened a video and in came the wonderful addition, "antiviruspro 2008". I followed steps posted on this board and by using "Malwarebytes" I was able to find it and get rid of it. Now comes the problem;

I can not open a "search" in the start menu any more.
I can not open "windows media player".
I can not watch a video on any site like utube.
I can not open screens like "system restore" in the start menu.
and so on.

Something is blocking these systems from working properly and nothing I have tried has found it.
