Internet connection ! I can't understand !

I don't know what happen. I "ping" the internet and it's fair, but only Firefox can connect, others can't. I used to browse by Opera, but now it doesn't working , It alert no connection and IE too. Other soft, include antivirus can't update , and YM! too. Someone can help me ??

Any firewalls on the computer? ZoneAlarm for example?

no, I try to turn off all firewall
