I have admin rights.

I have used this link to reset all policies back to default.

Well, its more or less fixed. The software folder that contains the updates was corrupt. I renamed it and was able to download missing updates. The only problem left is the Malicious Software Removal Tool won't install or run.

Still could use some help here.
