Test if Java is working correctly

Hi

Using Vista Home Premium SP1 and within last days installed Java (jre) v.1.0.6 updat 10.
Did a check to see if it was working properly using IE browser and aslo Firefox browser.
Using firefox browser the response upon doing test was positive but with IE it is not.
Can anyone please inform why it is OK in firefox and not IE
Attached is result using IE Browser.
Will send result using Firefox Browser because getting message saying file to large.

Not confusing Java with JavaScript are you? Java should be running ok in all browsers (test here) although some allow even that to be turned off along with JavaScript. Firefox can be set to enable/disable Java and JavaScript. You may have scripting turned off in IE.
