Can someone please help me with finding the correct drivers for my card as I've tried both options on the page for the 3600 series drivers and when I go to install them I get a message saying something like "Can't find hardware or not correct hardware" or something and quits the setup. I am sure these are the right drivers. The card is AGP and this is for Windows XP.

You first need to establish that it is definitely a Radeon HD3600 -- since the setup utility says otherwise.
Download the free "PC Wizard" from here: http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php

Install & run PC Wizard on the system to which your card is fitted (takes a while to audit your system).
Click the 'Video' icon on the left (monitor and paintbrush icon).
Should tell you in top right-hand pane what model the video card is.
