high there any one know ay good free software or away to clean memroy cach i only have ddr 512 poor i know but ant help will be greatful thanks..

...unless i'm horribly wrong...a restart clears RAM since it's volatile memory...once the power is removed from the RAM chip it's cleared

Are you trying to clear your internet cache? Click on tools in the internet explorer and on the 1st window that pops up click on clear temporary internet files. Your post doesn't really tell us what you're trying to do..
